Friendly and professional service. Val was lovely to deal with while arranging an appointment. Booked a CCTV inspection but was told we didn’t need it so that was very considerate and saved us the cost. James was very professional and respectful of our house. He kept me informed about what he was doing and why. His friendly manner was exceptional and he made me smile saying I should make a wish when the brush came out the chimney!! Which I did!! All in all a fantastic service so I would definitely use them again and highly recommend their services.

its was a cold winter and we had used our log burner almost every couple of days. apart from burnt logs...we left evidence of marsh mellows and during a power cut had a bbq. I was expecting a telling off but our friendly sweep just got on with his job and the result was amazing. The log burner is all shinny and no mess. Excellent job.

This is the third time we have used Ablewight to have our stove chimney swept. I booked a convenient time by phone. A few days before James was due, the time slot was reduced to 2 hours. On the day he rang to say he would be with us in 20 minutes. On arrival, dust sheets were laid so there was no mess. James was polite, cheerful and professional. Our chimney was cleaned and advice re a broken brick given. Lisa sent our invoice by email later that day and I was able to pay by direct transfer. All in all a very smooth process. We will certainly be using Ablewight services each year and would thoroughly recommend them. Another year passed and another visit from James. The same excellent service received from both Lisa and James, will definitely be booking again in 2022. Once again James has visited and cleaned our chimney for us. As before, we have received the same professional and cheerful service from both Lisa and James. We will continue to use their service each year and will also recommend them whole heartedly. 2023 Another year and another professional service provided by Lisa & James.
