Excellent service on the wood burner. Clean and tidy sweep. We now have a more efficient fire thanks to the clean and service. I found Ablewight via the Guild of Master Sweepers website and selected them as they held Master Sweep status. Very professional to deal with. A member of their team arrived on time, conducted a sweep and stove service. The room was left spotless and my stove looks practically brand new. Will definitely use again when next sweep is due. James came just when he told us he would, having rung a little while before, and brought all his equipment across the road without complaint as we have no space for parking. He was reassuring about the state of the stove and of the soot which he described as nice and fluffy. We collect wood from various sources and season it ourselves with care so we were glad to have this information.
